Unless you update your drivers regularly you may face hardware performance issues.
To check your drivers you should manually verify every device on your system for driver updates
The Acer 1455, 14” monitor operates on Super VGA (SVGA), which offers 800 x 600 pixels to 1,024 x 764 pixels screen resolution. In addition, the monitor has CGA and EGA display capabilities, meaning that the monitor can accept RGB input devices from both categories. The device drivers, which are available from Acer's website, allows the monitor to work in harmony with the operating system used by the host PC and adjust itself to frequencies of input devices that a person has connected to his or her machine.
